The Sanad Team was invited to the ISNA East Zone Conference. We spoke on the need to reassess how we define spiritual education and the soul-centered model used by Sanad to address the needs of the community.

The Sanad Team’s proposal for the ISNA Education Forum, a national meeting in Chicago was also accepted and we have been invited to speak at the forum later this year. We will be sharing our strategies and programs for creating an environmental ethic in Muslim communities and youth. One example is the Sanad ibn Battuta Adventure Caravan that took place in the Summer. To read the article in its entirety follow the link below.
