Sanad Prep High School, now entering its 15th year, is a pioneering program built on a blended-learning coach model. We are dedicated to providing an advanced, accredited curriculum while fostering strong character and adab rooted in the Islamic faith and Prophetic example. Our students consistently achieve high academic success, graduating with honors, earning college credits and scholarships, and gaining admission to top universities. Moreover, they develop a clear Islamic identity and a strong grounding in the fundamentals of their faith and Prophetic character. We are seeking a dedicated and passionate High School Math Learning Coach/Tutor to join our team.

Position Overview:

As a Math Learning Coach/Tutor, you will play a crucial role in supporting our students’ academic success in high school mathematics. You will provide individualized or small group instruction, guidance, and mentorship, empowering students to master challenging concepts and achieve their full potential. This position is available both in-person at our Davie, FL campus, or remotely. Remote candidates must have proven experience working effectively with online instruction platforms such as Google Classroom, Zoom, or similar.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide personalized learning support in high school mathematics (Algebra, Geometry, Pre-calculus, Calculus).
• Guide students through course material, homework, and test preparation.
• Utilize diverse teaching strategies to address various learning styles.

• Foster a positive learning environment that promotes academic growth and confidence.
• Maintain accurate records, provide feedback, and communicate effectively.
• Integrate character development and adab into all interactions.

• Adhere to Sanad Prep’s blended-learning model and utilize online platforms effectively.
• Collaborate with teachers and staff to ensure student success.
• Maintain a consistent schedule and uphold the values of Sanad Prep and Sanad Trust.

• Strong proficiency in high school mathematics (Algebra, Geometry, Pre-calculus, Calculus).
• Proven experience tutoring or teaching high school mathematics.

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work effectively with diverse student populations.
• Strong commitment to student success and academic excellence.

• Understanding of and respect for Islamic principles and values.
• Experience working with Muslim youth (preferred).
• For remote candidates: Proven experience with online instruction platforms (Google Classroom, Zoom, etc.).
• Ability to work in person at the Davie, FL campus, or remotely.
