The Sanad Body & Soul Clubs are built on the principle that our outward and inward blessings of body and soul are a gift from God, and we are stewards responsible for their wellbeing. Part of good stewardship is maintaining good health, but it is also about ensuring safety and cultivating a sense of awareness and peace as we move through the world. As the Prophet (peace be upon him) said, “There are two blessings which many people lose: (They are) Health and free time for doing good.”

This seminar is intended to be a foundational step in empowering you to better steward your personal safety, encouraging a constant state of situational awareness as a form of proactive defense.

The Activity: Practical Strategies for Real-Life Safety

In this practical and engaging seminar, we will focus on strategies and principles you can use right away.

The session will highlight the critical importance of situational awareness, especially for women, and introduce practical strategies to increase your safety in real-life scenarios. Participants will explore how to stay calm and think clearly under pressure.

We will also practice basic, hands-on techniques designed to give you options and help you create space in an unsafe situation. Please note: This one-time seminar is designed to introduce fundamental concepts and simple techniques; it is the starting point of a journey, not a full mastery of self-defense. Our goal is to empower you with awareness and foundational skills to begin building your confidence and effective self-defense practice.
