Strengthening bonds and mental health awareness in Muslim Seniors

In partnership with the South Florida Muslim Federation, we warmly welcome all seniors to join us for an afternoon filled with honest and engaging conversations, delicious food, and enjoyable activities. This workshop aims to provide seniors with an opportunity to share their experiences, identify areas of support, and become more engaged with their community.
