Sanad Prep, an initiative of the Sanad Trust Foundation, is seeking a dedicated Learning Coach to join our team in providing a transformative educational experience for middle school students. This is an immediate opening for an individual with enthusiasm, humility, and a commitment to nurturing young minds.

A Holistic Approach

At Sanad Prep, we prioritize a holistic approach to education that incorporates adab (good character and conduct), knowledge, and love. We believe in nurturing well-rounded individuals who excel academically and embody strong moral values.

The Role of a Learning Coach

As a Learning Coach, you will serve as a guide, mentor, and advocate for our students. You will work closely with the Sanad Prep leadership team to create a supportive and engaging learning environment where every student feels valued and empowered to reach their full potential.

Responsibilities:

• Facilitate Learning: Guide students through their blended learning journey, providing support and encouragement.
• Monitor Progress: Track student progress and identify areas where additional support may be needed.
• Build Relationships: Foster strong relationships with students, creating a safe and welcoming space for them to learn and grow.

Collaborate: Work collaboratively with the Sanad Prep team to ensure the success of each student.

Qualifications:

• Passion for Education: A genuine desire to make a positive impact on the lives of young people.
• Strong Communication Skills: Ability to communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues.
• Growth Mindset: A willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic educational environment.
• Teaching experience is preferred but not required.

Training and Support

We provide comprehensive training and ongoing support to ensure your success as a Learning Coach. You will have the opportunity to collaborate with experienced educators and develop your skills in a nurturing environment.

Preferred Availability

• Monday-Thursday: 8:30 AM – 2:00 PM
• Friday: 8:30 AM – 1:00 PM
