Sanad Prep Onsite

Founded in 2010, Sanad Prep is the first on-the-ground blended learning model to use a learning coach approach and leverage the resources of a public school education. Our full-time program meets the personal, academic, and spiritual needs of K-12 students through a soul-centered approach to learning and teaches using an accredited curriculum with certified teacher and learning coach support online and on the ground in a safe and moral environment.

Our Model

Our holistic approach to learning is intended to ensure love, understanding, and practical application. In our onsite program, we work with public school options available to South Florida students and families. The Standard Sciences of Math, science, language arts, and history are learned using the same curriculum trusted and accredited in all Florida counties. In fact, your child will continue to be a registered public school student and receive certified teacher oversight and certified learning coach support online and on the ground. Sanad Prep provides your child with a safe moral environment, small group learning for each grade level, and personal attention from registration to graduation.

Because our students remain registered as public school students, their transcript grades are issued by the county and end-of-year testing is proctored offsite by the public school closest to their home. This ensures the integrity of our work, its high quality, and the academic rigor of a Sanad Prep Onsite/Online education. You can have the confidence knowing that your child is learning at par or beyond the standards of his/her public school peers and has the same or better opportunity to be accepted to any postsecondary program, college, or university.

Sanad Prep Onsite is also honored to facilitate the spiritual understanding and growth of your child. Students of all faiths are welcome, but it should be noted that our program is guided by the Islamic tradition as outlined by the scholars of the major schools of law, belief, and spirituality. For the Sacred Sciences, we emphasize the importance of adab (good character), an empathetic study of Prophetic life and character, and the study of those tasks every human is required to know and act upon. In addition, we teach the recitation, memorization, and appreciation of the Quran. The standard and sacred sciences are learned by truly understanding how they are lived by and applied in the real world.

Finding the Right Fit

While Sanad Prep is a wonderful option for many, it’s important to consider if our unique model aligns with your child’s specific needs. Here are some areas where we may not be the ideal fit:

  • Requiring Extensive Academic Intervention: Our program is designed for students who are generally on grade level. If your child requires significant academic support beyond the scope of our model, we recommend exploring alternative options.
  • Diagnosed Learning Differences: Sanad Prep’s current structure may not be able to fully accommodate students with diagnosed learning disabilities/delays, behavioral disorders/challenges, or attention difficulties.
  • Needing Individualized Behavior Support: If your child experiences ongoing behavioral struggles, a school environment with a higher level of behavioral intervention may be more appropriate.

At Sanad Prep, our love for our students compels us to be honest about what environment will best nurture their growth. Sometimes, the most loving thing we can do is acknowledge that our program may not be the perfect fit.

Our students are outliers in comparison to nearly all the state and national academic averages of GPA, FSA test scores, and SAT test scores.

Our Current Campus

As Sanad Trust Foundation actively works towards our capital development/property acquisition goal this year, we are excited about the extraordinary opportunity our students are going to have at their current Sanad Prep campus. We affectionately call it the Sanad Sanctuary — a newly renovated residential estate, nestled along a lake and within a Town of Davie designated bird sanctuary. Students have access to 15 acres of fields, exercise and walking trails, picnic shelters, and a lakeside dock. For their further comfort, there is a kitchen, boys’ and girls’ restrooms, and a view of Florida’s natural flora and fauna from every window in the home!

Everyone can’t move to our home base in sunny South Florida, so for motivated students and committed families throughout the state of Florida – and in select cities nationwide – we are pleased to offer Sanad Prep Online. The best of our learning model delivered directly to your home. The first national initiative of its kind to offer a high-quality online learning experience, backed by an accredited curriculum, with the support of our certified learning coaches wherever you are.

You don’t have to compromise on your children’s education. From the comforts of your home or in small learning pods with other children in your community, we’ll work directly with your child and you to share our decade-plus experience. Sanad Prep Online students will be an extended part of our on-the-ground campus and we work hard to ensure they have a robust learning experience.
